Introduction:

The worker must submit a request to extend her B/2 visa in Israel for this period

  • The worker must arrange f or her permit to be extended for her to stay in Israel during the time of her leave.
  • The maximum amount of leave she can take is a quarter of the time she has been employed by the same employer and not more than a year from the day she gives birth.
