Submitting a Complaint to a Hospital (Right)

All hospitals have offices that handle complaints regarding the violation of patients' rights and improper conduct by medical staff


Patients requiring medical treatment or hospitalization who feel that they received improper medical care or treatment by the hospital staff are entitled to submit a complaint to the office responsible for handling complaints at the hospital.

Who is Eligible?

  • Anyone requiring medical treatment in a hospital who feels that the medical care or treatment received was improper.

How to Claim It?

  • A written complaint describing the details of the incident and the sequence of events must be submitted to the office responsible for handling complaints at the hospital.
