In this portal, you will find definitions of the different types of supportive care including rehabilitative, long-term care, and assisted living, in addition to information regarding the relevant rights and services.

Quite a few of the patients, especially at an older age, are in need of more complex care than "just visiting" the hospital. Among those patients are people who require longer periods of rehabilitation (after a stroke, accident, etc.), people who require nursing care and the mentally or physically frail.
