This portal contains information related to those who suffer from Alzheimer's Disease/Dementia and their families.

As the average lifespan increases and the population continues to age, dementia, a syndrome characterized by cognitive dysfunction, memory loss, behavioral disturbances, and decreased day-to-day functionality, has become an increasingly relevant issue. Alzheimer's disease is the most common and well-known form of dementia. Approximately 100,000 people suffer from Alzheimer's disease, which greatly impacts the lives of its victims and their families. Knowing their legal and medical rights can greatly help those affected by various forms of dementia, as well as their families.
