A work disabled person is someone who became disabled following an injury that occurred to them during their work and for whom a degree of work disability (either permanent or temporary) has been established by a medical board.

Work disabled individuals are entitled to a Disability Pension and Disability Grant for Work Injury Victims, in addition to other benefits in order to assist them in their recovery.
