בנוסף, מפעילה האגודה מוקד טלפוני לתמיכה נפשית, עבור בני כל הגילאים, מכל המגזרים ומכל שכבות האוכלוסייה בישראל.
תכניות מטעם האגודה
- הבית החם - כעשרה בתים במרכז הארץ הקולטים ילדים בסיכון בגילאים שלוש וחצי עד שבע. השהות בבתים מתחילה עם סיום הפעילות בגן הילדים, ומסתיימת בשעה שש. היא כוללת העשרה קוגניטיבית, חינוך להתנהגות נורמטיבית וכו'. כמו כן, זוכים הילדים בבתים לארוחות חמות.
- בית המחשב - תכנית המתמקדת בחשיפת עולם המחשבים, האינטרנט וההייטק, בפני ילדים ממשפחות במצוקה והוריהם.
- חלוקת מזון - אספקת סלי מזון למשפחות נזקקות, המופנות על ידי לשכות הרווחה.
מוקד אוזן קשבת
- אגודת יד ביד מפעילה את "אוזן קשבת" - מוקד חירום טלפוני לתמיכה נפשית שמספרו 6204999- 03.
- המוקד מופעל 24 שעות ביממה על ידי מתנדבים, שרובם אנשי מקצוע מתחומים כגון פסיכולוגיה, סיעוד וייעוץ חינוכי, ומיועד לפונים בני כל הגילאים, מכל המגזרים ומכל שכבות האוכלוסייה.
